Bleckley County has turned to HFR for guidance in designing a building for its growing Division of Family and Children Services. As the division’s resources in the county have developed to meet the growing demand, staff and administrators will soon have a facility that provides an easily accessible location for the public to come and receive services. The center is expected to serve the entire county for those who rely on the state agency for child welfare programs, economic assistance and help with child support orders.
